Dazhai, a famous rural community, is held up
as an agricultural model. Here, soldiers,
peasants, and workers celebrate the harvest with
a double happiness flag, tractors, and a
jubilant procession. Some of the banners
proclaim “The Party line is the key, grasp
the line and the details will be
manifested,” “In agriculture, study
Dazhai,” and “Make grain production
the key and the whole economy will
develop.”
