The Beatituds
When Jesusv saw the crowds,he went up
the mountain;and after he sat down,his
disciples came to him.2Then he began to speak,
and taught them,saying:
3“Blessed are the poor in spirit,for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4“Blessed are those who mourn,for they will be comforted.
5“Blessed are the meek,for they will inherit the earth.
6“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,for they will be filled.
7“Blessed are the merciful,for they will receive mercy.
8“Blessed are the pure in heart,for they will see God.
9“Blessed are the peacemakers,for they will be called children of God.
10“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’sake,for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11“Blessed are you when people revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falselyw on my account. 12Rejoice and be glad,for your reward is great in heaven,for in the
same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
山上寶訓
耶穌看見這許多的人，就上了山，
既已坐下，門徒到他跟前來。2他就
開口教訓他們，說：
論福（路6:20-23）
3“虛心的人有福了，
因為天國是他們的。
4哀慟的人有福了，
因為他們必得安慰。
5溫柔的人有福了，
因為他們必承受地土。
6飢渴慕義的人有福了，
因為他們必得飽足。
7憐恤的人有福了，
因為他們必蒙憐恤。
8清心的人有福了，
因為他們必得見 神，
9使人和睦的人有福了，
因為他們必稱為 神的兒子。
10為義受逼迫的人有福了。
因為天國是他們的。
11人若因我辱罵你們，逼迫你們，捏
造各樣壞話毀謗你們，你們就有福了。
12應當歡喜快樂,因為你們在天上的賞賜
是大的。在你們以前的先知,人也是這樣
逼迫他們。
